Refund and Returns Policy

Returns:
Except for firearms and ammunition, returns and exchanges will be accepted within
thirty (30) days from date of purchase. Any eligible returns and exchanges must be
returned in its original packaging and require a receipt or proof of purchase. You are
responsible for all return shipping costs. Once the thirty (30) day return window has
passed, you will not be eligible for a full refund or exchange.
However, please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges of:
o products which have been worn
o products which have been damaged due to normal wear and tear
o products purchased through special order
All returns should be mailed to: 1260 New Liberty Road, Lawrenceburg, KY 40342.

Refunds:
All products must be packed in the original packaging, including any accessories,
manuals, documentation, and registration that shipped with the product. Once your
return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received your

return item. If your return is approved, all refunds will be paid in U.S. dollars and
credited to the customer’s account (credit card/original method of payment) that was
used at the time of purchase. To receive a refund, the product(s) must be received
within thirty (30) days of the purchase date.

Exchanges:
Any items that are defective or damaged may be exchanged for the same item. If you
need to exchange an item, send us an email at newlibertyfirearms@gmail.com and
send your item to the following address: 1260 New Liberty Road, Lawrenceburg, KY
40342.
For all other cases, New Liberty Firearms reserves the right to impose a shipping or
restocking fee for all returns and exchanges due to customer negligence or preference
changes. Such fees will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
For defective or manufacturer issues with products, please contact the manufacturer for
warranty support.
